Billy Breaux
performed by Terrance Howard
The Owner. Obsessed with quantum physics and conspiracy theories, he spends most of his time playing online billiards and poker. He’s a large, intimidating man with a kind heart. His spoonerisms and malapropisms make him difficult to understand at times.

Calixe Breaux
performed by Tyanna Jones
The Manager. At 21 years old, she’s the youngest cast member. She’s the bright, driven presence that acts as the glue that holds the cast together among all of the silliness. Calixe has the ability to see unresolved issues in people and help them with her special brand of magic. As the “adult in the room”, it was essential to have Calixe be a young, African American female.

Chaud Nuff
performed by Harry Connick Jr.
The Hustler. Chaud, French for “hot”, (pronounced “Show”) works as a barker outside the club. He lives in his van parked on the street. The van is covered with parking tickets, taped to every square inch of the exterior, each one paid by a gullible tourist, defeated in a game of “Three Crack Monty”, a hustle game where Chaud makes the unsuspecting sucker find the pork craklin’.

Miss Quest
performed by J. Harrison Ghee
The Chef. Although perpetually asked about her history, she never gives a straight answer. She’s crabby, short-tempered, and downright mean. She’s always preparing food that she says is chicken, although most suspect it’s probably not. She sings sad, self-pitying songs that usually find a way to criticize or dishearten the listener, yet somehow she always remains endearing.

Victor
performed by Mario Cantone
The Bartender. Always extravagantly dressed in feathers and boas, fully adorned in costume jewelry, eternally “beat”, as he says, meaning full makeup. Originally from New York, years ago he strangled a man in prison with his legs while he was in prison for strangling a man with his legs

The Baroness
performed by Mario Cantone
The (Ir)Regular. Perpetually drunk, she sits at the bar with her cosmo and silver snuff box. She wears a diamond broach that says “NASTY” on the lapel of her Valentino blazer. She always answers questions with questions. Almost everything she says is total nonsense. She tends to fall asleep mid-sentence.

Oui Oui
performed by Bernadette Peters
The Nutria. Maître D' of the the Monde Fou, or “Crazy World”, where the Quelque Chose fantasies take place. She stands at a podium in the center of a large round room with glass walls, greeting guests as they arrive for their adventure.

Berl
performed by Billy Ray Cyrus
The Pet. Half opossum, half armadillo. Lives in a wooden cage that sits on the desk in Billy’s office. He’s a sarcastic contrarian who’s constantly hitting on Oui Oui. He’s basically an asshole.

Irv Malthrop
The FBI Agent. Irv has a troubled history with Billy. His life’s goal is to have Billy arrested and to shut down the Marais Caché. He’s not the sharpest tool in the shed.

Dr. Night
performed by Trombone Shorty
The Entertainer. Dr. Night leads the house band in energetic and captivating musical performances. He’s got a major crush on Calixe. He’s lovable and smart.
JD
performed by Allie Baby
The DJ. A powerful young voice, she raps about social injustice. Although her rhymes are poetic, her messages of unity and equality are decidedly clear.
