BROWNIE, DAPHNE, FROYO, DITKA, and STAN are dogs who live in Thistle Hill - a town in a parallel world where animals live, think, and act like humans. They live in apartments, hold jobs and have complex relationships with other animals. Romance, aspirations, grievances, insecurities, psychic wounds are all here. Viewers will see themselves and people they know in these lovably flawed characters.
RULES OF THE WORLD

The dogs act like humans, but canine instincts remain primal. They walk on two legs but run on all fours and will drop anything they are doing to chase a squirrel, eat dropped food or bark at the wind.

Sentimentality and sincerity are rarely tolerated, bad ideas are chosen over good ones.
